1. Site Survey & Layout Marking

Conduct a ground survey to check soil conditions, slope, and bearing capacity. Mark the array layout, row spacing, and foundation positions according to the project design drawings.

2. Foundation Construction

Install concrete foundations, ground screws, or driven piles based on soil conditions. Ensure foundation depth, verticality, and spacing meet design and load requirements.

3. Main Structure Installation

Fix the vertical posts or columns onto the foundations, then install beams and rails using bolts. Check alignment, levelness, and structural stability during assembly.

4. Mounting Rail & Tilt Adjustment

Install mounting rails and adjust the tilt angle as required for optimal solar performance. Tighten all fasteners to the specified torque.

5. PV Module Installation

Place solar panels onto the rails and secure them with mid clamps and end clamps. Ensure correct panel spacing and alignment.

6. Final Inspection & Commissioning

Check bolt tightness, grounding, and overall stability. Complete electrical connections and confirm the system is ready for operation.
