>> Product Advantage
1- High Structural Strength & Load-bearing Capacity
Steel components feature excellent tensile strength and compressive performance, which can withstand heavy loads such as photovoltaic panels, snow cover and strong wind. They are suitable for large-span designs of photovoltaic carports and greenhouse projects, ensuring long-term structural stability.
2- Excellent Corrosion Resistance with Customizable Processes
By adopting anti-corrosion treatments including hot-dip galvanizing, painting and baking finish, steel components can effectively resist the erosion of moisture, acid rain and other corrosive factors. This extends the service life of the components to more than 20 years, and the anti-corrosion scheme can be customized according to the climate conditions of the project site.
3- Precision Manufacturing & Easy Installation
All steel components are processed with precise cutting and welding technologies, with consistent dimensions and high interchangeability. Standardized connection parts (bolts, nuts, connecting plates, etc.) simplify the on-site assembly process, reduce construction time and labor costs, and are suitable for fast construction requirements of large-scale projects.
4- Flexible Design & Strong Adaptability
The specifications of section steel (I-beam, H-beam, square tube, etc.) can be customized according to project needs, such as adjusting the size of columns and beams to match the module layout and inclination angle of photovoltaic systems. The components can adapt to different application scenarios including ground photovoltaic power stations, rooftop supports and greenhouse frameworks.
5- Environmental Protection & Recyclability
Steel is a 100% recyclable green building material. The waste components can be recycled and reused without producing a large amount of construction waste. Meanwhile, the production process of steel components meets environmental protection standards, which is in line with the low-carbon development concept of photovoltaic and agricultural projects.
6- Low Maintenance Cost & Durable Performance
With high structural stability and corrosion resistance, steel structural components require minimal daily maintenance. Only regular visual inspection is needed to ensure normal operation, which greatly reduces the long-term operation and maintenance costs of the project.
>> Product Uses
1- Photovoltaic (PV) Power Generation Systems
Steel components are the core structural materials for all types of PV projects. They are used to fabricate fixed or tracking PV mounting brackets, which secure solar panels and adjust the tilt angle to maximize light absorption. In addition, steel frames are widely adopted in PV carports and PV agricultural greenhouses, where they can not only support solar panels but also form load-bearing structures for shading and rain protection.
2- Agricultural Greenhouse Frameworks
Steel sections such as square tubes, round tubes and angle steel are the main materials for greenhouse main frames, including columns, beams and arch bars. These components can be customized according to the span and height requirements of greenhouses, and are suitable for building large-scale vegetable greenhouses, flower greenhouses and seedling greenhouses. With anti-corrosion treatment, steel frames can withstand harsh outdoor environments and ensure the long-term stability of greenhouses.
3- Industrial and Commercial Building Structures
Heavy-duty steel components like I-beams and H-beams are widely used in the construction of factory workshops, warehouses, logistics centers and large-span stadiums. Their high load-bearing capacity enables the design of column-free large spaces, which meet the operational needs of large equipment placement and goods storage. Meanwhile, the fast assembly of steel structures can significantly shorten the construction period of buildings.
4- Infrastructure and Transportation Facilities
Steel structural products play an important role in infrastructure projects, such as the construction of highway guardrails, bridge support structures, and railway station canopy frames. They are also used to fabricate structural components of bus shelters, toll stations and parking lot frames, thanks to their excellent durability and impact resistance.
5- Residential Building Auxiliary Structures
In residential construction, steel components are used to make balcony frames, awning supports, stair handrails and solar water heater mounting brackets. Their lightweight and customizable features make them suitable for matching different architectural styles, while the anti-corrosion treatment ensures long service life without frequent maintenance.
>> Product Operate Guide
Greenhouse Construction Steps:
1-Site Preparation & Line Marking
Mark out lines horizontally and vertically for the ground-inserted greenhouse. Drill holes at 1-meter intervals, with the depth matching the required embedding length of the main frame.
2-Material Delivery & Assembly
Transport all materials to the site and pre-install the elliptical clamps in accordance with the greenhouse design.
3-Frame Erection & Levelling
After assembling all elliptical clamps, erect the main frame, connect the tie rods, and use a spirit level to adjust and ensure horizontal alignment.
4-Frame Grouting & Support Installation
Backfill the base of the frame with concrete, then erect the support columns, along with the column girders and diagonal braces.
5-Clamping Channel Installation for Air Vents
Once the concrete has set, install the clamping channels for the side and roof air vents.
6-Greenhouse Film Installation
Cover the frame with the greenhouse film and secure it firmly in the clamping channels using spring clips.
7-Insulation Blanket & Winder Installation
Fit the insulation blankets, weld the blanket-rolling rods, install the blanket winders, and fasten the blankets in place.
8-Film Roller Installation & Commissioning
Mount the film rollers, test the operation of the insulation blankets and the film air vents. The entire greenhouse construction is then completed.
>> FAQ
