>> Product Advantage
1. Heavy-Duty Steel Structure for Livestock Use
The livestock breeding shelter greenhouse is built with a hot-dip galvanized steel frame, designed to meet the strength requirements of animal housing. The structure provides excellent load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term durability in breeding environments.
2. Optimized Ventilation and Airflow Design
The shelter is designed with effective natural ventilation to maintain fresh airflow and reduce moisture and odor accumulation. Optional mechanical ventilation systems can be added based on livestock type and stocking density, helping improve animal comfort and health.
3. Optional Climate Control and Functional Systems
According to project needs, systems such as heating, cooling, temperature control, and humidity management can be customized and installed. This flexible configuration allows the shelter to adapt to different climates and livestock requirements, supporting modern and controlled breeding operations.
4. Suitable for Various Livestock Breeding Projects
This greenhouse shelter is widely used for poultry farming, cattle housing, sheep breeding, and mixed livestock projects. Its modular structure allows easy expansion and customization, making it suitable for both small farms and large-scale breeding projects.

>> Product Operate Guide
Greenhouse Construction Steps:
1-Site Preparation & Line Marking
Mark out lines horizontally and vertically for the ground-inserted greenhouse. Drill holes at 1-meter intervals, with the depth matching the required embedding length of the main frame.
2-Material Delivery & Assembly
Transport all materials to the site and pre-install the elliptical clamps in accordance with the greenhouse design.
3-Frame Erection & Levelling
After assembling all elliptical clamps, erect the main frame, connect the tie rods, and use a spirit level to adjust and ensure horizontal alignment.
4-Frame Grouting & Support Installation
Backfill the base of the frame with concrete, then erect the support columns, along with the column girders and diagonal braces.
5-Clamping Channel Installation for Air Vents
Once the concrete has set, install the clamping channels for the side and roof air vents.
6-Greenhouse Film Installation
Cover the frame with the greenhouse film and secure it firmly in the clamping channels using spring clips.
7-Insulation Blanket & Winder Installation
Fit the insulation blankets, weld the blanket-rolling rods, install the blanket winders, and fasten the blankets in place.
8-Film Roller Installation & Commissioning
Mount the film rollers, test the operation of the insulation blankets and the film air vents. The entire greenhouse construction is then completed.
