>> Product Operate Guide

1. Roof Inspection & Layout Marking

Check the tile roof condition and roof structure, then mark the installation positions according to the PV layout and load calculation.

2. Install Roof Hooks

Carefully lift or remove tiles at marked positions and fix stainless steel roof hooks to the rafters or concrete structure, ensuring firm anchoring and waterproof sealing.

3. Reinstall Tiles & Adjust Hooks

Place the tiles back into position and adjust hook height to ensure tiles sit naturally without stress or cracking.

4. Mount Rails & Connectors

Fix aluminum rails onto the roof hooks, align them accurately, and secure all connectors and fasteners.

5. Install Solar Panels

Place photovoltaic panels onto the rails, fix them with mid clamps and end clamps, and ensure proper spacing and alignment.

6. Final Inspection

Check fastening torque, waterproof performance, and overall system stability before completing the installation.
