1-Site Preparation & Line Marking

Mark out lines horizontally and vertically for the ground-inserted greenhouse. Drill holes at 1-meter intervals, with the depth matching the required embedding length of the main frame.

2-Material Delivery & Assembly

Transport all materials to the site and pre-install the elliptical clamps in accordance with the greenhouse design.

3-Frame Erection & Levelling

After assembling all elliptical clamps, erect the main frame, connect the tie rods, and use a spirit level to adjust and ensure horizontal alignment.

4-Frame Grouting & Support Installation

Backfill the base of the frame with concrete, then erect the support columns, along with the column girders and diagonal braces.

5-Clamping Channel Installation for Air Vents

Once the concrete has set, install the clamping channels for the side and roof air vents.

6-Greenhouse Film Installation

Cover the frame with the greenhouse film and secure it firmly in the clamping channels using spring clips.

7-Insulation Blanket & Winder Installation

Fit the insulation blankets, weld the blanket-rolling rods, install the blanket winders, and fasten the blankets in place.

8-Film Roller Installation & Commissioning

Mount the film rollers, test the operation of the insulation blankets and the film air vents. The entire greenhouse construction is then completed."

A: The MOQ is one set. Each double layer warm greenhouse is usually produced based on project size, making it suitable for both small trial orders and large agricultural projects.

Q2: Is installation support provided?

A: Yes. We provide detailed installation drawings, layout plans, and step-by-step assembly instructions.

Q3: How is the greenhouse packed and shipped?

A: Steel structures are packed in bundles, and double-layer films are packed in protective rolls or cartons. The greenhouse is suitable for container shipping, including 20GP, 40GP, and 40HQ containers.

Q4.Payment method and warranty period?

A:Accept TT/LC, with a 15 year warranty (free replacement for non-human damage).
