The sawtooth roof structure allows continuous air circulation. Warm air rises and escapes through upper openings, reducing heat accumulation and improving internal growing conditions.
The greenhouse frame is manufactured from high-strength galvanized steel. It provides corrosion resistance, stable load capacity, and long service life under outdoor conditions.
UV-stabilized polyethylene covering ensures approximately 85–90% light transmission. It distributes sunlight evenly while protecting crops from wind, rain, and external climate changes.
The connected span design creates a wide, continuous planting area. It improves land utilization efficiency and supports standardized commercial farming management.
System configuration can be customized according to crop type, project scale, and regional climate conditions.

Suitable for tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and leafy greens. The ventilated roof system supports stable airflow for consistent crop production.
Provides uniform lighting and adjustable growing conditions for professional flower farms.
Widely used in government-supported agricultural projects and modern farming parks requiring scalable greenhouse infrastructure.
Ideal for investors and agricultural enterprises requiring tailored greenhouse construction and system integration.
Mark out lines horizontally and vertically for the ground-inserted greenhouse. Drill holes at 1-meter intervals, with the depth matching the required embedding length of the main frame.
Transport all materials to the site and pre-install the elliptical clamps in accordance with the greenhouse design.
After assembling all elliptical clamps, erect the main frame, connect the tie rods, and use a spirit level to adjust and ensure horizontal alignment.
Backfill the base of the frame with concrete, then erect the support columns, along with the column girders and diagonal braces.
Once the concrete has set, install the clamping channels for the side and roof air vents.
Cover the frame with the greenhouse film and secure it firmly in the clamping channels using spring clips.
Fit the insulation blankets, weld the blanket-rolling rods, install the blanket winders, and fasten the blankets in place.
Mount the film rollers, test the operation of the insulation blankets and the film air vents. The entire greenhouse construction is then completed.
