1. Site Survey & Positioning

Before installation, mark the exact positions according to the foundation layout drawing. Check soil conditions and ensure there are no underground obstacles such as rocks, pipes, or cables.

2. Select Appropriate Ground Screw Type

Choose the correct length, diameter, and flange type based on load requirements and soil conditions to ensure safe and stable performance for the structure.

3. Screw Pile Installation

Use a hydraulic or manual pile driver to rotate the Ground Screw vertically into the soil. Maintain alignment and depth according to design specifications to achieve optimal load-bearing capacity.

4. Alignment & Level Adjustment

After installation, adjust the height and flange level to ensure all screw piles are in a consistent horizontal plane for stable structural connection.

5. Structural Connection Fixing

Fix steel frames, brackets, or mounting systems onto the Ground Screw flange using bolts, ensuring tight and secure connections.

6. Final Inspection & Load Check
