BIPV System

The BIPV waterproof support adopts structural waterproofing. It is equipped with longitudinal main beams, longitudinal covers and transverse water channels, which can guide the rainwater into the rainwater ditch for organized drainage. There is no need for secondary waterproofing of the roof. This includes the bent components. The upper and lower connecting plates on the bent components are respectively connected to the connection blocks using installation screws, and after connection, the component support is installed on the roof with fixing bolts. The bent component can freely change its angle according to the inclination angle of the roof to adapt to different inclined roofs. Moreover, on rainy days, the side water outlet channels can discharge most of the water accumulation on the base plate, which is also an important working principle of the BIPV waterproof support's waterproofing. However, inevitably, water will seep in, and the downward-seeping water will accumulate on the outer wall of the base plate, flow to the drainage board through the vertical water outlet channels, and then be discharged outside through the water outlet channels on the outer wall of the drainage board.

In terms of installation, the BIPV waterproof support has the advantages of convenient installation, strong corrosion resistance, simple structure and easy operation. From the perspective of maintenance costs, it is mainly made of aluminized zinc steel, aluminum alloy and 304 stainless steel. Its thickness and corrosion resistance far exceed those of color steel tiles, ensuring that the color steel tiles do not need to be replaced throughout the operation period of the power station, and saving the annual maintenance costs of color steel tiles in the future.
